I guess you could say I’m an open book…

You’ll get to know that once we meet in person. But before I get into how I help people develop real change, growth and abundance in their businesses (or corporate jobs), here’s my story.

Chapter 1

Small Business, Baby

2000-2010

I grew up in Manly Beach, Sydney. Surrounded by my traditional Greek family.  My job was to sit on the counter and greet customers, so I guess you could say that sales was in my blood! I’ve always been super close with my family and am a natural nurturer.  So when I landed a job at GOC CARE as a Social Welfare Officer, a little bit of magic happened. Here I was privy to what goes on behind the scenes to create great teams and morale.

Working with the Elderly and people with Disability spurred on my passion to better the lives of others, in whatever capacity that meant.

All the while, from 2000 to 2010, I worked with leading Australian brand, Colorado. At Colorado I finessed my sales skills and experienced the inner workings of a renowned brand! To this day, these key learnings remain a constant theme in my life.

Chapter 2

Becoming a legit Psychologist

2008-2018

Fast forward to the overlap period where my studies landed me in a wide range of industries during two years (or 1000 hours) of interning. Think:

  • Consulting Agencies
  • Corporate Offices
  • HR Firms

While winning sales girl of the year, I went on to complete two theses, night classes, and an extra 100 hours of interning to score my Organisational Psychology degree (yep, it was a long time!), to become a legit Psychologist by 24.

The next 7 years, saw my biggest passions take flight.

I worked with international brand, Hudson Global Resources as a Senior Consultant Psychologist. Here I became an expert analyser and worked alongside established brands in the Government and private sector. Next, I sidestepped corporate land and became a valued member of innovative consultancy, Left Field Co. where I developed full-blown leadership skills as the Senior Organisational Psychologist. I then worked in-house at ASX listed organisations, beginning  with mega-company Origin Energy, in their Diversity Sector as a Women in Leadership Specialist. Then, choo-choo-ed my way to Australia’s leading freight operator, Aurizon (unexpected, right?) as their Organisational Development Specialist.

Chapter 3

Consultant Life

2018-Today

That brings us to today. I now proudly run my own (self-titled) Business Psychology firm.

I’ve been a part of a wide range of teams. Worked with some of Australia’s largest companies. And learned what it takes to go from good to mind-blowingly great in the business world.

I’m proactive, passionate and rewarded by your success.
